We understand that every child and family is unique, which is why we provide nurturing, developmentally informed care that supports emotional wellbeing, learning, and connection. Whether you need help at home or in the community, we’re here to build strong foundations for your child’s growth—one moment at a time.

Meet the founder…

Hi, I’m Grace — a qualified social worker living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with my family and two cheeky dogs. I have hands-on experience supporting young children with disabilities and providing therapeutic care in both foster and residential care spaces. I also have experience in wellbeing leadership in schools. I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where children feel understood and supported.

Through Foundations First, I combine my social work training and experience with a love of early childhood development to offer gentle, tailored in-home support focussed on connection for families seeking more than just care.

In my spare time, you’ll find me hiking the local trails, camping with friends, or spending quality time with my family and dogs.
